Lancelin is a small fishing and tourist town 125 km/2 hours north of Perth, Western Australia – a few miles from the start of the coastal Indian Ocean Drive.

It is a popular and picturesque road trip endpoint for Perth locals wanting to escape the bustle of city life. But the tiny, holiday shack town is famous worldwide for its windsurfing, sandboarding and lobster (crayfish) fishing. Lancelin is also graced with two particularly magnificent aquatic mammals; sea lions and dolphins frequent the bay daily, bringing much joy to visitors.
