Never been on a SUP board or done Tai Chi on the beach? No worries. Whether you’re a beginner or are an advanced surfer, all the sessions are tailored to personal needs and wants, using top quality boards, plus instruction from a former surfing champion and Tai Chi instructor.

Brad offers private one-on-one stand up paddle coaching lessons at a very peaceful and picturesque location. “We paddle in clear water looking out at the boats, the mountains and the city. It’s a painters dream setting,” he says.

The Rainbow Rambler is a SUP Tai Chi graduate. She says Brad’s stand up paddle sessions help improve technique plus are great for de-stressing. “SUP Tai Chi can be part of a fitness workout or just be relaxing.”
